摘要
【目的】了解武警部队基层健康教育开展情况,掌握战士对健康教育的内容、形式、传播途径的需求。【方法】采用方便抽样方法,对驻津武警某部458名战士进行调查,内容包括健康教育工作现状、评价及战士对健康教育的需求。【结果】发放问卷458份,有效问卷438份(95.6%)。基础教育阶段讲座开展率92.7%,平均3.38次;基础教育内容需求居前3位依次是心理健康知识、健康与卫生行为和军训伤病防护;继续教育内容需求居前3位的依次是现场急救、处置突发事件的医学防护和卫生法规营区卫生。73.2%的讲座时长为30~60 min。81.9%的讲座采用多媒体幻灯片形式。除了讲座,传播途径最常见前3位依次是图书、报刊和平面传播材料。传播途径需求前3位依次是讲座、视频、图书。通过健康教育,有82.0%的战士学到了健康知识,其中83.2%的战士的保健观念有所转变,65.3%的战士认为转变观念后采取了行动并坚持了下来。【结论】所调查的武警某基层部队健康教育工作开展比较普遍,但次数、课时数目尚未达标;健康教育工作使大部分战士的"知识、信念、行为"有所改变;提高健康教育水平,应从完善内容和形式、加强专业人员的技能培训、取得领导支持这几个方面着手努力。
[Objective] To investigate the situation of health education in grass roots of PAP, and learn the demands for favorite contents, forms and dissemination ways of health education in soldiers. [ Methods ] According to the method of convenience sampling, a total of 458 PAP soldiers from some troop stationed in Tianjin were surveyed. The data included the status quo, evaluation and demands of health education. [Results] A total of 458 questionnaires were sent out and 438 pieces were valid. The effective rate was 95.6%. The development rate of lectures in the basic education stage was 92.7% and the average number of times was 3.38. The top 3 contents of basic education in demand were psychological health knowledge, health and health behavior, and military training injury protection. In continuing education, the top 3 contents in demand were on-site first aid, medical prevention in disposal of emergency as well as health regulations and camp health. There were 73.2% lectures lasting for 30-60 min, and 81.9% lectures were carried out in the form of multimedia slides. In addition to lectures, the most common dissemination ways were books, newspapers and print media materials. The top 3 demands for dissemination ways in soldiers were lectures, videos and books. There were 82.0% soldiers who learned health knowledge by health education, in which 83.2% soldiers changed the belief of health and 65.3% soldiers took action and insisted. [Conclusion] The "health education" work investigated in some PAP troop is relatively common, but the number of times and hours is not up to standard. Most of the soldiers have a positive effect on "Knowledge-Belief-Practice" by health education. In order to promote the health education level, we should improve the contents and forms, strengthen the professional skill training and gain the leadership support. Key words:
