摘要
目的 探讨荧光定量PCR法与涂片抗酸染色检测对胸水结核杆菌的诊断价值.方法 选取2010年8月至2015年8月高度疑似胸水结核杆菌患者93例,均同时行荧光定量PCR法与涂片抗酸染色,比较二者的阳性检出率、灵敏度和特异性.结果 临床诊断胸水结核杆菌13例(13.98%).荧光定量PCR法阳性率为16.13%(15/93),涂片抗酸染色为9.68%(9/93),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).荧光定量PCR法灵敏度为84.23%,特异度为95.56%,涂片抗酸染色分别为34.65%、86.73%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 荧光定量PCR法较涂片抗酸染色检测胸水结核杆菌检出率高,灵敏度和特异性均较好,是该疾病重要参考诊断依据.
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of fluorescence quantitative PCR and smear acid fast staining on mycobacterium tuberculosis pleural effusion.Methods A total of 93 cases of highly suspected hydrothorax mycobacterium tuberculosis were selected from August 2010 to August 2015, all of them were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR and smear acid fast staining, the positive rate, sensitivity and specificity were compared in both.Results Clinical diagnosis of mycobacterium tuberculosis was 13 cases(13.98%).The positive rate of fluorescence quantitative PCR was 16.13%(15/93), and the positive rate of smear acid fast staining was 9.68%(9/93), the difference was significant(P〈0.05).The sensitivity of fluorescence quantitative PCR was 84.23%, the specificity was 95.56%;the sensitivity and specificity of smear acid fast staining was 34.65% and 86.73% respectively, the differences were significant(P〈0.05).Conclusions The detection rate mycobacterium tuberculosis by fluorescence quantitative PCR is higer than that by smear acid fast staining, sensitivity and specificity are good, it is an important reference for diagnosis of the disease.
