摘要
采用1994—2014年30个省域面板数据,利用系统GMM模型考察了金融发展、技术进步对碳排放的影响效应。结果显示,在金融发展方面,金融规模对碳排放的影响不明显;而金融效率与碳排放之间存在负相关关系。在技术进步方面,广义技术水平的发展增加了碳排放量,资本体现式技术、能源利用技术和环境技术水平的发展可以明显降低碳排放;环境技术水平和资本体现式技术对碳减排的影响效应都大于能源利用技术和广义技术水平。同时可以得出,金融发展对技术进步的引致性作用对碳减排作用明显。
In this paper, the panel data of 1994-2014 from 30 provincial governments and system dynamic panel model are applied to study the effects of financial development and technological progress on carbon emission reduction. According to the GMM, the result indicates that the influence that comes from the scale of financial development on carbon emission is not important. There is a negative correlation between the efficiency of financial and the carbon emission. The development of the generalized technical level increases the carbon emissions, but the development of capital embodied technology, energy use technology and environmental technology can obviously reduce carbon emissions. However, the effects of environmental technology and capital embodied technology on carbon emission reduction are greater than the influence of environmental technology and general technical level. Based on the perspective of financial development, technological progress plays an obvious role in technological progress.
