摘要 如何提高劳动生产率成为中国走出"中等收入陷阱"的关键。理论上,信息通信技术(ICT)可以更有效地利用生产要素促进创新的发展,进而影响劳动生产率。基于世界银行企业调查数据,采用扩展的CDM模型,通过创新投入的决定因素、创新的生产函数和生产率方程三阶段实证检验了ICT对中国劳动生产率的影响。研究结果表明,融资能力、资本强度、年轻公司、国际化的企业更加有意愿和能力进行ICT投资,ICT使用对创新有非常大的积极效果,其中对产品创新的影响较小,对于工序创新有非常大的影响,产品创新和工序创新对于生产率的影响难以确定。稳健性检验的结果也证实了上述结论。政策含义包括加大ICT投资、促进企业国际化和降低ICT对产品创新作用的障碍等。 How to improve the productivity is the key to walk out of "Middle-income Trap". In theory, information and communication technology (ICT) can make more efficient using the product factors through the innovation. Based on the data of the World Bank and the extended CDM model, the impact of ICT on labor productivity in China is exam- ined by three stages of empirical analysis : innovation input factors, innovative production function and productivity equation. The results show that the financing capacity, capital intensity, young companies, international companies are more willing and capable of ICT investment, ICT use has a very positive effect on innovation, which has less impact on product innovation, process innovation has very large impact, product innovation and process innovation is difficult to determine the impact of productivity. The results of the robustness test also confirm the above conclusions. Policy implications include increasing ICT investment, promoting internationalization and reducing the barriers to ICT's role in product innovation.
