摘要
犯罪心理视角下的催眠研究,梳理催眠相关定义与理论基础,重点关注催眠犯罪发生条件及预防措施。养成独立判断的思维习惯、警惕混乱状态的诱导发生、认识多样催眠的基本特征、加强治疗催眠的职业道德和形成犯罪预防的机制体制是预防催眠犯罪的有效方式。今后应加强催眠犯罪实验室和社会场景相结合的实证研究。
Hypnosis study under the perspective of criminal psychology figures related definition and theoretical basis of hypnosis and focuses on hypnosis crime conditions and preventive measures. Form the thinking habit of independent judgment,alerting the induction of confusion trance, variously viewing the basic characteristics of hypnosis, strengthening the professional ethics of hypnotherapy and forming the mechanism of crime prevention system are the effective ways to prevent crime hypnosis. The combination of labs and social scenes empirical researches of hypnosis crime should be strengthened in the future.
