东古城煤业综放开采提高顶煤回收率技术应用分析

摘要 在特厚煤层(14~20m)放顶煤开采中,对顶煤损失规律、煤矸放落流动中的成拱结构效应以及顶煤放落流动规律等因素进行研究分析,对提高放顶煤回收率具有现实价值。本文结合东古城煤业5号特厚煤层的综放开采进行实践分析,为确定合理放煤工艺参数、提高回收率提供依据。 In the thick coal seam(14~20m) caving, top coal loss laws, arch structure effect in caving process and top coal caving flow factors is studied, which has a practical value to improve the top coal recovery rate. In this paper, combined with the practice of fully mechanized top coal caving mining in the extra thick coal seam of No. 5 coal mining area, the paper provides the basis for determining the reasonable process parameters and improving the recovery rate.
