摘要
目的:探讨经尿道双极电切术与等离子剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效。方法:收治良性前列腺增生患者70例,分为甲组和乙组,分别采用经尿道双极电切术与等离子剜除术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:甲组手术时间、术中出血量、膀胱冲洗时间、术后住院时间和不良反应发生率均显著优于乙组(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道双极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效显著,术后不良反应少。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection and plasmakinetic enucleation in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:70 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected.They were divided into the A group and the B group.Two groups were treated by transurethral plasmakinetic resection and plasmakinetic enucleation respectively.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the A group,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,bladder irrigation time,postoperative hospital stay and adverse reaction rate were significantly better than those in the B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia was significant,and the postoperative adverse reactions were few.
