摘要
为比较分析不同提取方法测定油茶(Camellia oleifera Abel.)林地重金属含量的差异及提取方法对重金属有效性的影响,试验采用Mehlich3、ASI、Bray、DTPA、HCl等5种浸提剂测定油茶林地Zn、Cr、As、Cd、Hg、Pb 6种重金属含量,分析5种方法提取量关系及其与油茶根系、叶片等器官重金属吸收量间相关性。结果表明:不同提取方法测定的油茶林土壤重金属含量有差异,Zn、Cr、As、Cd、Hg、Pb提取量范围分别在1.059~3.765、0.016~0.182、0.012~0.203、0.043~0.160、0.010~0.090、0.026~6.968 mg/kg,Zn、Cd提取量HCl>ASI>DTPA>M3>Bary;Pb、Cr提取量ASI>HCl>DTPA>M3>Bary;As提取量DTPA>ASI>M3>HCl>Bary;Hg提取量DTPA>M3>HCl>ASI>Bary。HCl法提取As、Pb较真实反映出种皮吸收量,ASI法提取Hg、Pb、Zn分别较真实反映出果皮、种皮、种仁吸收量。浸提方法间相关关系与浸提方法提取量跟油茶吸收量相关关系不一致,即浸提方法间显著相关不足以说明其与油茶重金属吸收量亦显著相关。
In order to compare the relationship between the difference in the contents of heavy metals in Camellia oleifera forest soil with different extraction methods and the effectiveness of the heavy metals, this ex-periment adopted 5 leaching agents namely Mehlich3, ASI, Bray,DTPA and HCl to measure the contents of 6 heavy metals namely Zn, Cr, As, Cd,Hg and P b , and analysed the relationship between the extract quantities and the extraction methods and their correlation to the quantities of heavy metals absorbed by camellia root, leaf and other organs.The results showed that there was difference in quantities of heavy metals in the oleifera forest soil extracted with different method,the extraction quantities ol Zn,Cr,As,Cd,Hg,Pb were in the ranges ol 1.059?3.765,0.016?0.182,0.012?0.203,0.203 ?0.160,0.010?0.090 and 0.090~6.968 mg/kgrespective- ly.For the extracted quantities of Zn,Cd HCl〉ASI〉DTPA〉M3〉Bary,for those of Pb,Cr ASI〉HCl〉DTPA〉M3 〉Bary,for that of as DTPA〉ASI〉M3〉HCl〉Bary,for that of Hg DTPA〉M3 〉HCl〉ASI〉Bary.According to the result, the quantities ol As and Pb extracted by HCl represented well the quantifies absorbed by the seed coat and the quantities of Hg and Zn extracted by ASI represented well the quantifies absorbed by pericarp and seed kernel.The correlation between the extraction methods and the amounts extracted from the oil was not consistent with the absorbed amounts, that is , the correlation between the extraction methods could not fully show the real absorbed amounts of heavy metals from Camellia oleifera forest soil.
