摘要 该研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等,对在读研究生的体育锻炼情况进行了调研分析,并从社会、精神、生活、体质锻炼等多个方面探究了在校研究生开设体育课的必要性,也从需求、器材、师资等方面探索开展研究生体育课的可行性,以期为高校开设研究生体育课助力。该文的研究结果表明,未开设体育课的高校研究生因学业科研压力大,导致日常体育锻炼行为极度欠缺,通过开设含有学分的体育课程能够满足研究生的需要。 With the method of literature review, questionnaire survey, and expert interview, this paper investigates and analyzesthe state of physical exercise of postgraduates. Furthermore, it investigates the necessity of offering physical education forpostgraduates in terms of social, spiritual, life, and physical exercise aspects, etc. Meanwhile, this study also searches thefeasibility of providing P.E. courses from different perspectives of demand, equipment, and teachers, which in order topromote the development of physical education in colleges and universities. Finally, according to the result of this study,we can conclude that postgraduates in colleges or universities without physical education classes are extremely lack of exercisedue to the high pressure caused by strenuous assignments and academic researches. To satisfy the requirements of postgraduates,universities could set up of physical education classes with credit for them.
