摘要
目的探究64排螺旋CT重建技术在治疗急性阑尾炎中的应用价值。方法方便选取2011年5月—2017年2月进入该院进行治疗被确诊为急性阑尾炎的患者共100例,利用64排螺旋CT对患者的整个腹部进行扫描,将得到的数据结果进行多平面重建或者曲面重建,对重建后的CT图像进行分析,并将分析后的诊断结果与病理检查结论比较,从而判断64排螺旋CT对于急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。结果 100例患者中,确诊为急性阑尾炎92例,另外8例患者中,6例为升结肠癌,其他2例为假阴性。在急性阑尾炎中出现阑尾增粗症状的患者占95.74%,出现周围脂肪组织间隙模糊的症状的患者占71.27%,出现肿块症状的患者占6.38%。结论采用64排螺旋CT重建技术对急性阑尾炎患者进行诊断,具有安全、高效、准确的诊断效果,极大地提高了对于急性阑尾炎的诊断准确率,降低误诊事件的发生,对于早期急性阑尾炎的诊断具有重要意义与价值,值得在临床上推广与应用。
Objective To study the application value of 64-slice spiral ct reconstruction technique in diagnosis of patients with acute appendicitis. Methods Convenient selection 100 cases of patients with acute appendicitis diagnosed in our hospital from May 2011 to February 2017 were selected and the whole abdomen was scanned by the 64-slice spiral ct, and the data were given the multiplanar reconstruction or curved planar reformation, and the CT image after construction was analyzed and the diagnostic results and pathological examination results after analysis were compared thus determining the value of 64-slice spiral ct reconstruction technique in diagnosis of patients with acute appendicitis. Results Of 100 cases of patients, 92 cases were confirmed with acute appendicitis, in the other 8 cases, 6 cases were with ascending colon carcinoma, and the other 2 cases were false-negative, and the patients with appendicitis thickening symptoms accounted for95.74% and the patients with peripheric fatty tissue space blur accounted for 71.27%, and the patients with lump symptoms accounted for 6.38%. Conclusion The effect of 64-slice spiral ct reconstruction technique in diagnosis of patients with acute appendicitis is safe, effective and accurate, which can greatly improve the diagnostic accurate rate of acute appendicitis and reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis events, and it is of important significance and value to the early acute appendicitis, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
