摘要
苄基香豆素类化合物一般包括3-苄基香豆素类与4-苄基香豆素类,研究表明苄基香豆素类化合物具有多种生物活性,如抗菌、抗凝血、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等,同时还具有良好的光学特性,被用于激光染料、荧光探针及荧光增白剂等方面.随着苄基香豆素类化合物药理活性和临床疗效的深入研究,其合成方法也成为国内外科研人员研究的重点.本文结合国内外科研人员对这方面的研究,对3-苄基香豆素类与4-苄基香豆素类化合物的合成方法进行了详细的综述.目前,合成苄基香豆素类化合物的方法主要有:Knoevenagel缩合反应、Negishi交叉偶联反应、Suzuki交叉偶联反应等.期望本文为新型药物先导化合物的研究提供借鉴.
Benzyl coumarin compounds generally are 3-benzyl coumarins and 4-benzyl coumarins.These compounds not only show good pharmacological activity,such as antibacterial,anticoagulant,anti-tumor,etc.,but also have good optical properties,that is used for laser dyes,fluorescent probes and fluorescent brighteners and so on. With the further research of pharmacological activity and clinical efficacy for the henzyl coumarins,its synthesis method has received much attention. In this paper,the synthesis of 3-benzyl coumarin and 4-benzyl coumarin compounds were reviewed. At present,the synthesis of benzyl coumarin compounds include: Knoevenagel condensation reaction,Negishi cross coupling reaction,Suzuki cross-coupling reaction,etc. It is expected that this paper would provide a reference for the study of new drug lead compounds.
