摘要
华电新乡发电有限公司采用2台超临界压力变压直流锅炉,运行过程中存在结焦、掉焦较为严重的问题。为防止锅炉结焦、掉焦,针对几种突出问题进行了研究,提出了在锅炉两侧墙增加防焦风和分割风的新方法,应用后效果较好。
Huadian Xinxiang Generation Company Limited adopted two units of super-critical pressure once-through boiler,which was troubled with boiler coking and coke dropping. To solve this problem,the plan of adding anti-coke air and separating air on both side wall was indicated and implemented. The result proved the effectiveness.
