摘要
目的分析采取家庭医生制签约服务管理社区高血压的效果。方法选取采取常规管理的200例社区高血压患者为对照组,同时选取采取家庭医生制签约服务管理的391例社区高血压患者为观察组,比较两种管理方法的管理效果。结果管理后,观察组患者收缩压与舒张压均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理期间,观察组患者规律用药、合理控制饮食、适度运动和定期测量血压的比率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率为92.6%,对照组患者的总有效率为81.0%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取家庭医生制签约服务管理社区高血压的效果显著,可以有效控制患者血压,提高患者治疗依从性,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of family doctor system on signing service management. METHODS 200 cases of pa-tients with hypertension in the community take conventional management as the control group, and 391 cases were selected to takethe system of family doctors contracted service management of community hypertension patients as the observation group, a total of591 cases of patients with hypertension in the community, the application effects of two kinds of management methods were com-pared. RESULTS After administration, the observation group of patients with systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure weresignificantly lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05); during the peri-od of management, observation of medication, patients of rate of moderate exercise, reasonable diet control, regular blood pressuremeasurement were significantly higher than the control group, the differences between the two groups were compared statistical signifi-cance(P〈0.05); the total efficiency of observation group was 92.6% patients in the control group, the total effective rate was 81%, theobservation group was significantly higher than the control group, there were statistically significant differences between the twogroups(P〈0.05). CONCLUSION The community hypertension to take the family doctor to sign the service management effect to be re-markable, may control the blood pressure effectively, enhances the patient treatment compliance, which was worth promoting and theapplication.
