摘要
介绍了中厚板卷厂1#热处理炉的特点,结合现场实际情况,分析了炉底辊结瘤对钢板下表质量的影响。针对炉底辊数量众多、结瘤严重、用人工进行去除费时费力等诸多问题,热处理车间通过不断技术更新,找出去除炉底辊结瘤更加行之有效的方法。
This article introduces the characteristics of Heat Treatment Furnace 1# in Wide Plate/Coil Plant, and analyzes the effect of the nodular of hearth rollers on the bottom surface quality of the plates combining the combining with the actual situation on site. Considering the quantity of hearth rollers, severe nodular situation, laborious manually removal and other issues, Heat Treatment Workshop, trough continuous technology development, puts forward more practical and effective methods to solve the nodular on the hearth rollers.
