经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断冠心病价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断冠心病的价值。方法选取该院2016年6月至2017年1月收治的疑似冠心痛患者100例,进行经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图检查,同时行冠状动脉造影术,对比2种方法诊断冠心病的价值,并选取非冠心病患者100例(对照组)进行经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图检查,对比两组患者彩色多普勒超声心动图及相关实验室检查结果。结果经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断冠心病阳性率与冠状动脉造影术比较差异无统计学意义(P〉O.05)。冠心病患者总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(triacylglycerol,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、心外膜脂肪组织厚度(EAT)均明显高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-CC)明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈O.05);TC、EAT为冠心病危险因素。与冠状动脉造影术比较,经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断冠心痛的特异性为65.82%,灵敏度为82.63%。结论经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断冠心病具有显著价值,对病变累及左前降支(LAD)及其分支更具诊断价值,可通过EAT预测、评估冠心病。
