摘要
目的探讨克龄蒙与坤泰胶囊联合治疗卵巢早衰的临床价值。方法选取2015年3月至2016年5月该院收治的卵巢早衰患者75例，按治疗方案不同分为参照组（克龄蒙治疗35例）和研究组（坤秦胶囊结合克龄蒙治疗40例），时比两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率、不良反应率、激素水平指标均明显优于参照组，差畀均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对卵巢早衰患者采用克龄蒙与坤泰胶囊联合结合治疗的效果确切，可降低不良反应率，应用价值较高。
Objective To study the age was associated with kuntai capsule clinical value for the treatment of ovarian premature aging. Methods 75 cases of ovarian premature senility treated in our hospital from Mar 2015 to May 2016 were collected and devid- ed into control group （35 cases,Climen treatment） and research group （40 cases, QUNTAI capsule combined with Climen treat- ment） according to different treatment method,and then compare the clinial effects of each group. Results The total effective rate （95.0%）, adverse reaction rate（7.5 % ）, hormone level index of research group were significantly better than that of control group （74.3 % ）, （22.9 % ）, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion the clinical effect of kuntai capsule combined Climen treatment in preventing ovarian premature aging has curative effec, could reduce adverse reaction and has high application value.
