ADARl基因在子宫腺肌症中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨ADARl基因在子宫腺肌症(AM)中的表达及意义。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR),蛋白质印迹法(Western-blotting)及免疫组织化学(免疫组化)方法,从mRNA及蛋白质水平分别检测ADARl在AM患者的在位内膜,异位病灶,以及非子宫腺肌病的正常内膜中的表达。结果ADARlmRNA及蛋白的表达在AMl组和AM2组的均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P%0.05)。结论ADARl基因可能与AM的发病及发生、发展有关。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of ADAR1 gene in adenomyosis. Methods Real-time quan- titative PCR(qRT-PCR),Western blotting and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of ADAR1 in eutopic en-dometrium and ectopic lesion As well as non-adenomyosis in the normal endometrium. Results The expression of ADAR1 mRNA and protein was significantly higher in AM1 group and AM2 group than in control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion ADAR1 gene may be closely related to the pathogenesis and development of AMs.
