摘要
目的探讨制霉菌素口腔护理对于体外循环术后患者具酉机会性感染发生率及综合疗效的影响。方法 将该院2014年2月至2015年2月收治的需行体外循环手术的128例患者随机分为研究组和对照组，每组64例。对照组在体外循环术后重症监护病房（ICU）期间给予常规复方醋酸氯己定口漱液口腔护理，研究组在体外循环术后ICU期间给予制霉菌素联合复方醋酸氯己定口漱液口腔护理；比较两组患者综合指标的差异。结果研究组患者真菌D葡聚糖、口腔真菌感染发生率、真菌性肺炎发生率均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论体外循环手术患者术后在常规口腔护理基础上给予制霉菌素口护能够显著值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of nystatin oral care on postoperative fungal incidence of opportunistic infection in pa- tients with extracorporeal circulation. Methods 128 patients need extracorporeal circulation operation treated in our hospital from Feb 2014 to Feb 2015 were randomly devided into research group and control group,with 64 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given regular compound chlorhexidine acetate mouth wash liquid oral care during ICU after extracorporeal circulation operation, and patients in research group were given nystatin joint compound chlorhexidine acetate mouth wash liquid oral care dur- ing ICU after extracorporeal circulation operation. The comprehensive index of each group were compared. Results the incidence rate of fungal D glucan,oral cavity fungal infection and fungal pneumonia of research group were significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Giving nystatin oral care on the basis of conventional oral care for patients with extracorpo- real circulation operation is worthy of clinical application.
