摘要
为了研究适于寒地居民热舒适的热环境参数指标及探讨如何改善该地区居室热环境现状 ,对哈尔滨市 6 6户住宅冬季室内热环境与居民热感觉、热舒适进行了现场调查 ,用室内气候分析仪及热舒适仪测试了热环境参数及PMV -PPD指标 ,收集了 12 0名居民填写的热感觉、热舒适等主观调查表 .与ISO 7730及ASHRAE 5 5 - 1992舒适标准对照 ,仅有 77.5 %的居民所处的热环境在热舒适范围内 ,但热环境接受率高达91.7% .80 %居民可接受的操作温度是 18.0~ 2 5 .5℃ ,说明人们对环境的适应性很强 .按ASHRAE 7点标度计算出的热中性温度为 2 1.5℃ (以t0 表示 ) ,所期望的温度为 2 1.9℃ .当相对湿度为 2 0 %~ 30 %时 ,80 %以上的居民感觉空气干燥 ,当相对湿度为 30 %~ 5 5 %时 ,仍有 4 0
This paper presents the main findings of research project HIT.2000.25, a field study of indoor climates and occupant comfort in 66 residence buildings in Harbin, located in the northeast of China. 120 sets of questionnaire responses were obtained from 120 subjects for winter, each accompanied by a full set of physical indoor climatic measurements with an indoor climate analyzer type and a thermal comfort meter type which met the ASHRAE 55-1992 and ISO 7726 standards for accuracy, duration of sample, and response time. Only 77.5% of the indoor measurements fell within the ASHRAE55-1992 and ISO 7730 standards winter comfort zone. 91.7% of the occupants considered their thermal conditions acceptable. The operative temperature corresponding to the accepted thermal environment by 80% of the occupants is 18.0~25.5 ℃. Thermal neutrality, according to responses on the ASHRAE seven-point sensation scale, occurred at 21.5 ℃ in winter. Preferred temperature was 21.9 ℃. Over 80% of the occupants felt dry at the relative humidity of 20%~30% in comfort zone and over 40% at the relative humidity of 30%~55%.
