摘要
由于合成高纯度连多硫酸盐和开发快速检测方法是推进连多硫酸盐相关研究的关键,本文建立了利用毛细管电泳(capillary electrophoresis,缩写CE)快速简便分析连多硫酸盐及其可能杂质氯离子和硫酸根的方法.CE直接法测定连多硫酸盐的条件是:10mM KH_2PO_4-10mM H_3PO_4缓冲溶液、-20kV分离电压、25℃毛细管柱温、214 nmPDA检测波长.以20 mM KNO_3电泳液替代10mM KH_2PO_4-10mM H_3PO_4缓冲溶液,CE间接法测定Cl^-和SO_4^(2-).除S_3O_6^(2-)外,测试离子均有较宽浓度的线形范围.
Capillary electrophoresis ( CE ) was developed for the rapid and simple determination of polythionates and its possible impurity of C1^- and SO4^2- since the key to promote the research of polythionates is to synthesize high purity products and to develop rapid detection method for polythionates. The analytical conditions for direct UV detection of polythionates at 214nm were as follows:10 mM KH2PO4 - 10 mM H3PO4 buffer; separation voltage of - 20 kV ; capillary temperature of 25 ℃. Indirect UV photometric detection of C1 - and SO4^2-- was performed on the same capillary electrophoresis system just using 20 mM KNO3 buffer instead of the 10 mM KH2PO4 - 10 mM H3PO4 solution. The peak area of ions tested, except for S3O62- , has good linear relationship within the wide concentration range.
