阳离子树脂交换分离-ICP-MS法测定枸杞和藜麦中的痕量碘 被引量:1

摘要 样品用艾氏卡熔剂分解,水提取,用强酸性阳离子交换树脂静态吸附分离除去大量的Na^+、Ca^(2+)等阳离子后,直接在ICP-MS上测定痕量碘。通过实验得到方法检出限(10 s)为:0.017μg/g,用国家一级生物标准物质进行验证实验,测定值与标准值相符,方法精密度(RSD,n=12)为:0.27%~2.31%,RE:0.35%~4.92%,样品加标回收率为:95.6%~103.9%。 The samples were decomposed by Eschka flux, and extracted by hot deionized water. Na+, Ca2+ etc. were separated from the sample solution by static adsorption with strong-acid cation exchange resin. Trace iodine in samples was directly determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS). The method was verified by the experiment with national level biogenic substances. The results show that, the detection limit (10s) of the method for iodine is 0.017μg/g, the precision( RSD, n=12) is 0.27%-2.31%,the relative error is 0.35%-4.92% and the recovery is 95.6%-103.9%.
