摘要
目的研究与讨论造口皮肤工具对于肠造口周围皮炎护理的应用价值。方法选择我院2014年2月至2016年2月收治的50例肠造口手术患者作为研究对象,将其分成A组(n=26)与B组(n=24)。B组患者采用常规护理措施,A组患者利用造口皮肤工具进行个性化护理。对比两组患者在住院期间、出院2周后的周围皮炎发生率及两组患者的护理满意度。结果 A组患者住院期间及出院2周后的周围皮炎发生率均明显低于B组(P<0.05);A组的护理满意度为96.15%,明显高于B组的护理满意度87.50%(P<0.05)。结论造口皮肤工具可以统一并准确的对造口周围皮肤炎症作出评价,可以有效预防并治疗患者的造口周围皮肤炎症,提高患者对护理的满意度,同时提高患者的生活质量与自我护理能力,可在临床中普遍应用。
Objective To investigate and discuss the application value of colostomy skin tool in the nursing of around dermatitis after colostomy. Methods Fifty cases of patients with intestinal colostomy surgery in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected and divided into A group（n=26） and B group（n=24）, the A group was treated with routine nursing, and the B group was treated with individuation nursing by colostomy skin tool. The incidence rate of around dermatitis during hospitalization and 2 weeks after discharge and patients＇ nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of around dermatitis during hospitalization and 2 weeks after discharge in the A group were significantly lower than those of the B group（P〈0.05）; the patients＇ nursing satisfaction rate in the A group was 96.15%, which was significantly higher than 87.50% of the B group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Colostomy skin tool is helpful to the accurate assess the dermatitis around stoma, which can prevent and treat the dermatitis around stoma,improve the patients＇ nursing satisfaction and patients＇ living quality, which can be widely used in clinic.
