摘要
目的观察水囊联合控释前列腺素E_2栓剂在中期妊娠引产中的临床效果。方法选取93例中期妊娠引产患者作为研究对象,按患者意愿分为A、B、C三组,每组31例。A组患者采用水囊引产,B组患者采用水囊+控释前列腺素E_2栓剂引产,C组患者采用水囊+米非司酮引产,比较三组患者临床效果。结果 B、C组患者促宫颈成熟总有效率显著高于A组(P<0.05);B、C组促宫颈成熟总有效率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。引产后,B、C组患者的宫颈评分显著优于A组(P<0.05),B、C组患者宫颈评分比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。B、C组患者第一产程时间显著短于A组,引产至临产时间显著早于A组(P<0.05)。结论采用水囊联合控释前列腺素E_2栓剂应用于中期妊娠引产,临床效果显著,宫颈成熟度高,产程时间短,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the water sac combined with controlled release prostaglandin E_2 in the termination of mid-trimester pregnancy. Methods Ninty-three patients with termination of mid-trimester pregnancy were selected as the study objects, all the patients were divided into three groups of A, B, C according to patients＇ whishes,with 31 cases in each group. The group A received water sac induction, the group B accepted water sac combined with controlled release prostaglandin E_2, and the group C was given water sac combined with mifepristone. The clinical effects of three groups were compared. Results The total effective rates of cervical mature of the group B and group C were higher than that of group A（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference on total effective rate of cervical mature between the group B and group C（P〉0.05）. After induction, the cervical scores of the group B and the group C were better than that of the group A（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference on cervical score between group B and group C（P〉0.05）. The first stages of labor of the group B and group C were shorter than that of the group A, and the time from induction to labor of the group B and group C were earlier than that of the group A（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using water sac combined with controlled release prostaglandin E_2 in the termination of mid-trimester pregnancy has significant clinical effect, the cervical mature is high and has shorter labor time, which is worthy of clinical applications.
