摘要
"以人为本"的教育是当前我国职业教育的发展趋势,也是职业教育课程改革的指导思想。但高职院校的学生通常基础差、底子薄,在学习过程中缺乏主动性和自信心,对学习很难产生兴趣。为了改善教学现状,激发学生学习热情,发挥学生学习主动性,探讨了通过优化课程标准、整合教学内容、改善教学手段、树立服务意识、强化师资等一系列措施构建"以人为本"的教学模式。
People -oriented education is the development trend of vocational education in China and it is also the guiding ideology for course reform of vocational education. But the students of the vocational college are weak in learning and lack of initiative and self - confidence in the learning process. To improve the current teaching situation and stimulate students＇ learning enthusiasm and learning initiative, measures by optimizing the curriculum standard, integrating the teaching content, improving teaching methods, strengthening the teachers are taken to build student- oriented teaching mode.
