摘要
女权运动的根本目的是追求实现女性和男性参与各种社会活动的权力平等,但由于长期受男权主义观念的影响,女性性别优势难以充分彰显。要使女性获得与男性平等的社会参与权和决策权,就必须对女性的性别优势作合理的挖掘。从性别分析方法入手,对情感与理智、公共领域与私人领域进行新的阐释,并在此基础上进一步提出女性在心理、情感、认知等性别优势的多维度表现,将有助于她们广泛而深入地参与到公共管理和决策中。
