摘要
我国的测绘成果一直存在着坐标系统不统一的问题,在使用的过程中各种产品往往由于坐标系统的不统一给使用者带来很大的不便,进而导致测绘成果不能得到充分利用。本文针对这一问题,结合本单位生产实际,重点研究了4D产品不同坐标系统之间的转换方法,并按此坐标系统转换思路设计并实现了一套简单易用、可操作性强的坐标系统转换软件,最后,通过对实验数据转换结果的精度评估,验证了该转化方法和转换软件的可行性。
It's the presence quo that the coordinate systems of Surveying and mapping products are not uniform in China, It brings great inconvenience to users,and it’s hard to make full use of the products. To solve this problem , we study the methods of converting various types of surveying and mapping products between different coordinate systems. Combined with the reality of my unit ,We focus on research coordinate transformation for4D products of surveying and mapping . Based on the platform of ArcGIS Engine, We design and realized software of coordinate conversion. At last, we evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of the conversion result ; it proves the software is available and replicable.
