摘要
以热轧移动剪组合式液压离合器、制动器控制系统为主要研究对象,在详细分析组合式离合器、制动器剪切控制原理的基础上,设计了移动剪控制系统,给出了该系统结构框图,并对本系统核心部件曲柄位置计算器、零位分析器做了进一步说明。实际使用表明,相对于原系统,新控制系统结构简单、维护使用方便,降低故障率,应用效果良好。
This paper takes hot mobile shear combined hydraulic clutch and brake control system as the main research objects. Having studying the basic principles of operating combined clutch and moving shear, the researchers design moving shear controlling system, draw system structure diagram and further explain core position calculator and zero analyzer. The new control system has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, low failure rate and good application effect.
