摘要
首先介绍了服装面料热传导的机理及表征,展示了服装面料热传递的传导、辐射和对流三种方式及相关内容。然后,通过对服装面料热传递的测试方法进行对比论述,分别介绍了冷却法、保温法、恒温法和暖体假人法的测试指标及适用条件,最后,通过总结分析得到影响服装面料热传递的四个因素,分别是纤维、纱线、服装面料结构和外界环境,这四个影响因素的影响显著性并不相同,需要进行更多的试验去研究证明。服装面料热传递的研究需要更加注重多学科协同合作和多层服装面料,暖体假人法对服装面料进行热传递的测试结果更加精准,必将成为热传递测试方法的发展趋势。
The paper introduces the mechanism and characterization of the heat transfer in garment fabric, and shows the conduction, radiation and convection of the heat transfer in garment and the related contents. Then, through the comparison of the test methods for the heat transfer in garment fabrics, the test indexes and applicable conditions of the cooling method, the thermal insulation method, the constant temperature method and the warm dummy method are introduced respectively. Finally, summarizing four factors for the influence of the heat transfer, namely, fiber, yarn, fabric structure and external environment, the impact of these four factors is not the same significance, more experiments are needed to testify. The research on the heat transfer in clothing fabrics needs to pay more attention to the cooperation of multi-disciplinary and multi -layer garment fabrics. The results of warm -up dummy method are more accurate and will be the testing trend of heat transfer test methods.
