摘要
采用自主设计的湿式冲击式破碎机以及水介质流化床分选器,利用"破碎-分选-筛分"的选矿处理新工艺,对废旧铅蓄电池的铅膏、塑料、板栅进行有效分离和综合回收.通过调节破碎机中锤头的个数、水介质流化床中流量的大小以达到较好的分选效果.研究结果表明,采用4组锤头、流量为12 m3/h时,分选回收效果较优,此时其中铅膏的产率为73.34%、回收率为97.97%;板栅的产率为20.58%、回收率为98.91%;塑料的产率为6.08%、回收率为97.39%.该方法具有较好的应用前景.
A new beneficiation process of "broken - sorting - screening" are used to effectively separate and comprehensively recover plastic, paste of lead and its grate, from waste lead-acid battery in the wet impacting crusher and water medium fluidized bed separation device which were designed independently. The optimal separation efficiency can be realized by adjusting the crusher hammer number and flow size of the water medium fluidized bed separation device. The results show that: the yield and its recovery of the paste of lead, the grate and the plastic are 73.34 % and 99.97 %, 20.58 % and 98.91 %, 6.08 % and 97.39 % respectively, which can be achieved under the conditions of the 4 set of hammer and 12 m3/h water flow. The method has promising application prospects.
