摘要
为提高复合材料的导电性,采用熔融共混法制备了一系列高质量分数(最高达10%)的多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)/聚酰胺6(PA6)复合材料,使用SEM、DSC、TG、XRD和电导率测试等测试手段对材料的微观形貌、热性能、结晶性能以及导电性能进行了表征.研究表明:MWCNTs的分散性较好.PA6基体的结晶行为、热性能以及晶体结构随着MWCNTs质量分数的提高而有所改变.当MWCNTs质量分数达到10%时,复合材料的电导率可达14.29 S/m.
In order to improve the conductivity of MWCNTs/PA6 composites, a series of multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)/polyamide 6 (PA6) composites (the highest mass fraction of MWCNTs up to 10% with high mass fraction) were prepared by melt-blending method. The composites are characterized by using SEM, DSC, TG, XRD and electrical conductivity testing to determine the specific characteristics of the composites. The results show that, the MWCNTs are homogeneously dispersed throughout PA6 matrix. The crystallization be-havior and thermal property as well as crystalline structure of PA6 matrix are changed as the mass fraction of MWCNTs increases. The electrical conductivity of composites reaches 14.29 S/m when the mass fraction of MWCNTs is 10%.
