摘要 贵州某矿井底车场绕道巷变形严重且存在冒顶隐患,经过2次维修,变形量依然很大,局部地段两帮移近量和顶板下沉量均超过1 000 mm,并且伴随较为严重的底鼓。基于巷道围岩变形机理,提出了巷道补强支护方案,通过注浆改善围岩力学性能,同时改善锚杆锚固基础;加大锚杆支护强度,增加底角锚杆。数值模拟和现场测试分析表明,采用注浆加固显著提高了围岩强度及支护体系的承载能力,减少了巷道围岩两帮和顶底板的位移量,维护了巷道的稳定性;采用底角锚杆对巷道底板进行加固,底鼓得到了很好控制,补强支护方案效果明显,有效消除了冒顶隐患,保证了巷道在服务期内的安全生产要求。 Shat bottom around roadway of a mine in Guizhou deformation seriously and exist hidden danger of caving, although by twicemaintenance,deformation still large,local deformation a m o u n t of two sides and roof exceed 1 000 mm,and a c c o m p a n y with serious floorheave. Based on deformation mechanism of roadway surrounding rock, the reinforcement s c h e m e of roadway w a s put forward, through grouting, the mechanical properties of surrounding rock improved a nd the anchoring foundation of bolt improved at the s a m e time, to in-crease bolt support strength,and to increase floor bolt. Numerical simulation and field test analysis showed that by inforce, surrounding rock strength and bear capacity raised obviously, decreasing displacement of roadway ,which propitious to maintainstability of roadway. Floor of roadway w as reinforced b y using floor bolt,which effectively dominate floor h e a v e,effect of reinforcement support scheme was obvious,and the hidden danger of roof fall w as effectively eliminated,and to guarantee safe production requirement of the roadway during the service period.
