摘要
食品安全是一门专门探讨在食品加工、存储、销售等过程中确保食品卫生及食用安全,降低疾病隐患,防范食物中毒的一个跨学科领域,食品安全对于我们的日常生活非常重要。在食品的流通环节中,涉及到不同的部门,也涉及到很多纷繁复杂的方面,所以,目前我国的食品安全监管还是有一定难度的。文章针对流通环节食品检测的问题及对策进行了研究讨论。
Food safety is a interdisciplinary field to ensure food hygiene and food safety, reduce the risk of food poisoning, and to prevent food poisoning,food safety is very important for our daily life.In the circulation of food, involving different departments, also involves many complicated aspects, so the food safety regulation in our country is difficult.This paper discussed the problems and countermeasures of food detection in circulation.
