冶炼烟气制酸转化工序余热利用改造与实践

摘要 介绍了120 kt/a铜冶炼烟气制酸转化余热利用的改造情况。通过在转化器一段出口加装过热器,优化转化换热器设置,实现过热蒸汽发电。蒸汽发电量达到200 k Wh/t,较饱和蒸汽发电量120k Wh/t增加了80 k Wh/t,全年按330 d计算,每年蒸汽发电量较饱和蒸汽增加9.5×10~6k Wh。 The overview of the utilization of waste heat from the 120 k t /a copper smelting flue gas acid plant was summarized. The power generation by the superheated steam can be achieved by adding a super-heater at the outlet of the first conversion section and optimizing the conversion heat exchanger. Power generation capacity by the superheated steam is 200 kWh/t. Compare with the power generation capacity by the saturated steam, which is 120 kWh/t, the capacity has increased by 80 kWh/t. Calculation based on 330 days per year shows that the superheated steam can increase 9.5 ×10^6 kWh more power than saturated steam annually.
