摘要
本研究旨在探讨低蛋白质日粮对育肥猪生产性能、氮代谢及血液生化指标的影响。试验选用初始体重为60kg左右的"长×大"杂交育肥猪84头,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复7头猪。对照组育肥猪饲喂正常蛋白质水平日粮(蛋白质含量为14.80%),试验组育肥猪饲喂低蛋白质日粮(蛋白质含量分别为13.86%和12.86%)。结果表明,降低育肥猪日粮蛋白质水平1~2个百分点,对育肥猪生长性能和养分表观消化率均没有产生显著影响(P>0.05);另外,饲喂低蛋白质日粮后,育肥猪的摄入氮、吸收氮、总氮排出量、尿氮以及血清中尿素水平均呈现出降低的趋势(P<0.05);氮的表观生物学价值和血清肌酐含量随日粮蛋白质水平的降低而升高(P<0.05)。试验结果表明日粮蛋白质水平降低1~2个百分点对育肥猪生产性能和健康状况无不利影响,同时降低日粮成本和增重成本,还可显著降低氮的排放,有助于缓解养殖业对环境造成的污染。
The study was conducted to investigate the effect of low protein diet on growth performance,nitrogen metabolism and blood biochemical index of finishing pigs.A total of 84 finishing pigs(Landrace×Large White)with initial body weight of 60 kg were randomly allocated into 3groups of 3 replicates with 7 pigs in each replicate.The fishing pigs in control group were fed a normal protein diet(14.80%),while those in experiment group were fed low protein diet(13.86% and 12.86%,respectively).The results showed that there was no significant difference on growth performance and nutrient digestibility after the diet protein level decreased by 1~2%(P〈0.05).Compared with the control,the intake of nitrogen,absorbed nitrogen,excretion of nitrogen,urinary nitrogen and blood urea were significantly decreased in low protein diet groups(P〈0.05),while the apparent biological value of nitrogen and blood creatinine were significantly increased(P〈0.05).In conclusion,the low protein diets(decreased by 1~2%)had no negative impact on growth performance and physical condition of finishing pigs,at the same time,it could reduce the diet cost and gain cost.Furthermore,it could reduce the nitrogen excretion and alleviate the environment pollution of pig industry.
