摘要
河南省矿业遗迹资源丰富,类型多样,矿业遗迹保护利用形式主要为涉及矿业遗迹的地质公园和矿山公园。存在的问题主要有:相关基础性调查研究工作薄弱、缺乏全省矿业遗迹保护利用规划、对矿业遗迹保护利用不够重视、矿山公园建设与发展相对滞缓等。针对上述问题应加强矿业遗迹相关研究和科普宣传、科学规划全省矿业遗迹保护利用、健全完善相关法律制度和资金保障机制,以进一步推进矿业遗迹保护与矿山公园建设。
In Henan province, there are rich and multiple types mining remains resources. Major protection and utilization methods include geological park and mine park involving mining remains. The main problems that we face in the practical work are as follows. These include： the basic research work is weak; the provincial plan for protecting and utilizing mining remains has not been formulated; there is not enough emphasis on this work; the construction and development of Mine Park is relatively slow. In order to address the above-mentioned problems, this paper stresses the need to promote the work of research and scientifc publicity concerning mining remains, scientifcally determine the issue pertaining to province＇s mining remains protection, establish and develop correlative legal system and fund safeguard mechanism with a view to further promoting mining remains protection and mine park improvement.
