摘要
在分析广州市1999—2015年土地利用率、经济和人口增长的的现状和趋势的基础上,评估、预测了未来十年广州市经济发展、人口增长与土地供需矛盾加剧的前景。研究发现,广州市土地已超出了自身城市承载力的范围,形势相对严峻。促进广州经济的持续发展的对策和建议:(1)发掘城市地下空间利用潜力,促进土地集约利用;(2)合理开发潜在的土地资源,有效实施旧城改造;(3)统筹城乡土地利用与环境的关系,控制城市人口增长速度。
Based on the analysis of the present situation and trend of land use efficiency, economy and population growth in Guangzhou from 1999 to 2015, the paper forecasts the prospect of economic development, population growth and the intensifed contradiction between land supply and demand in Guangzhou in the next ten years. The study found that the land of Guangzhou City was overloaded and the situation was relatively grim. The following countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of Guangzhou economy were put forward. Firstly, explore the potential of urban underground space and promote the intensive use of land. Secondly, develop the potential land resources rationally and implement the old city transformation. Thirdly, coordinate the land utilization and environment between urban and rural areas, and control the growth rate of urban population.
