摘要
新形势下民族院校研究生思想政治教育实效性是指在新形势下民族院校研究生思想政治教育活动中,思想政治教育的实际运作对思想政治教育目标的实现程度,即研究生思想政治教育活动产生与出现正向结果的效能属性。本文通过对我国新形势下民族院校研究生思想政治教育工作的现状及归因分析,提出加强和改进研究生思想政治工作,提高思想政治教育工作实效性在重视互联网影响的同时,要加强人的管理和环境的建设。
