摘要
通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射和DSC热分析试验等手段,考察了热喷涂非晶纳米晶涂层的组织结构、物相组成和相变点,并对其结合强度、高温硬度和磨粒磨损及冲蚀磨损性能进行测试。结果表明,本电弧喷涂材料制备的涂层结合强度为62.54 MPa,与基体有很强的结合力,具有明显的冶金结合特征;涂层常温硬度大于1 050 HV,620℃高温硬度高达1 250 HV,呈现出极好的高温红硬性;非晶涂层相对耐磨性为Q235钢的22.34倍,30°冲蚀磨损为Q235钢的6.33倍。
The microstmcmre, phases and phase transition point of amorphous nanocrystalline coating were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and DSC thermal analysis. The adhesive strength, hardness, abrasive wear resistance and erosive wear resistance of the coating were tested. The results show that the adhesive strength of the coating is 62.54 MPa with obvious metallurgical combination features, and the coating shows the excellent hardness of 1 050 HV at room temperature and 1 250 HV at 620℃. The relative abrasive wear resistance and erosive wear resistance of the coating are 22.34 times and 6.33 times that of Q235 steel, respectively.
