摘要
为充分利用用户侧资源,提高居民负荷在电力系统调度中的参与度,主动配电网中负荷主动管理系统采用先进的网络通信技术、传感器技术和计算机技术,基于负荷预测和发电预测,通过智能用户终端实现用户交互,采集用户用电信息和用电偏好,分析负荷特性,优化用户能效,将居民负荷纳入配电网调度范围,实现了主动配电网中负荷的主动管理,使负荷侧和供电侧实时互动。负荷主动管理系统目前在贵阳示范现场投运,试验数据表明,通过主动管理用户侧负荷,能够有效降低负荷峰谷差,提高新能源消纳率,促进电力资源合理配置,改善电网运行曲线,提高配电网智能化水平和运行稳定性。
To make full use of user side resources and improve the participation of household loads in power system dispatching, load active management system in active distribution network adopts advanced communication technology, sensor technology and computer technology. Based on load forecasting and power generation forecasting, achieving user interaction and collecting user electricity information and preference through smart user terminal, analyzing load characteristics and optimizing user energy efficiency, taking the household loads into the scope of distribution network scheduling, realizing active management of load in the active distribution network, making load side and power supply side interact with each other in real time. Load active management system is currently operating in Guiyang demonstration project, and the test data shows that the load active management system can effectively reduce the load peak and valley difference, improve the new energy consumption rate, promote the rational allocation of power resources, improve the grid operating curve, improve the distribution network intelligent level and operational stability.
