摘要
[目的]产黄青霉菌是一种重要的真菌,广泛用于农业、环境、医疗等方面,其生长和产孢量受发酵条件的影响。为筛选产黄青霉菌最优发酵条件。[方法]本文选取不同的培养基、温度、pH、光周期、紫外线等条件,通过测量菌落的生长速率和产孢量,筛选出产黄青霉菌最优的发酵条件。[结果]SDAY培养基是最适培养基,在温度为25℃、pH为7、光周期为24L、紫外线不照射时最适合产黄青霉菌生长,并验证最优发酵条件。[结论]本研究可为产黄青霉菌的大量生产提供理论依据,为该菌的进一步开发与利用奠定了研究基础。
[Objective]Penicillium chrysogenum is an important fungi, widely used in agriculture, environment, health care, etc, The fermentation conditions exert a great influence on its growth and sporulation. [Methods]The mycelial diameter and sporulation were detected under different culture medium, temperature, p H, light cycle, ultraviolet conditions, then the optimal fermentation conditions of Penicillium chrysogenum was established. [Results] The result showed that the best suitable condition for the growth of P. chrysogenum were SDAY medium, at 25 ℃, pH 7, light period was 24 L, no ultraviolet irradiation. [Conclusion]This study provided a theoretical basis for a large number of production of Penicillium chrysogenum, and laid a foundation for the further development and utilization.
