预见性护理干预在经皮冠状动脉介入术前应用低分子肝素预防出血中应用的价值 被引量:9

摘要 随着经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)的不断发展,PCI对患者造成的创伤小,并且恢复快,降低了患者的病死率,是目前治疗冠心病的主方法。低分子肝素相对于普通肝素,在PCI术中,体现出了更好的效果,可以根据患者的体质量来调整使用量,有更加精准的抗凝作用。
