摘要
为了提高储层动用程度,东海较多水平井除开采水平段外,还要对上部储层段进行开采,该段往往井斜较大,开采方式为9-5/8"套管内射孔作业,为了精细化射孔层段及提高射孔质量,需要对射孔段进行电缆测固井质量作业。而电测井段位于该类水平井的大斜度段,电缆测井仪器下入到位困难。通过对电测仪器进行受力分析,采取提前进行刮管洗井作业及仪器串上加装滚轮扶正器等措施,成功进行了两口井的电测固井质量作业,两井仪器下放深度及井斜分别为3 800 m井深77°、3 900 m井深76°。
In order to improve the utilization degree of reservoir reserves,besides the horizontal section,the upper part of the reservoir with a high inclination must to be exploited in most horizontal wells in the East China Sea.The method of exploitation is to have a 9-5/8"casing perforation operation.In order to make the perforation layer precise and improve the perforation quality,logging the cement quality of the perforation section is needed.The logging section is located in the high angle section of the well,so the cable logging tool is difficult to be put in place.Through analyzing the forces on the equipment,washing well before logging and installing the roller stabilizer on the equipment string make two well’s logging operation successful.The putting depth of equipment and inclinationin two wells are 77° at 3 800 m and 76° at 3 900 m respectively.
