摘要
以某车间所有生产线和操作员工为研究对象,应用工作抽样统计分析方法,在使用较少资源的基础上快速识别车间的整体设备和人员利用水平,对生产设备的利用情况和操作员工的工作分布进行数理统计分析,识别出浪费环节并进行改善,最终提高了车间的生产效率。
Taking all production lines and operating staffs in a workshop as the object for investigation, work sampling and statistical analysis were used for quick identification of the utilization level of overall equipment and staffs in the workshop with less resources. By mathematical statistics and analysis of the utilization of production equipment and operational distribution of the staffs, the waste link could be identified and improved, and ultimately the production efficiency of the workshop could be improved.
