摘要
目的:观察丹鳖胶囊对子宫内膜异位症(EMs)大鼠血清前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)和前列腺素F_2α(PGF_2α)浓度的影响,探讨丹鳖胶囊对子宫内膜异位症治疗作用的机制。方法:建立EMs大鼠模型并将造模成功的大鼠随机分为丹鳖胶囊高剂量组、丹鳖胶囊低剂量组、桂枝茯苓胶囊对照组、模型组、假手术组,每组10只。分别给予丹鳖胶囊高、低剂量药液及桂枝茯苓胶囊混悬液、0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃12d。观察治疗后血PGE_2及PGF_2α浓度的变化。结果:治疗后丹鳖胶囊高、低剂量组和桂枝茯苓胶囊对照组PGE_2及PGF_2α浓度低于模型组(P<0.05);丹鳖胶囊高剂量组PGE_2及PGF_2α浓度低于丹鳖胶囊低剂量组及桂枝茯苓胶囊对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹鳖胶囊能降低EMs大鼠血清PGE_2及PGF_2α的浓度,这可能是其治疗子宫内膜异位的作用机制之一。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Danbie capsules on the serum levels ofprostaglandinE2 (PGE2 ) and prostaglandin F2α(PGF2α)in rats with endometriosis and the mechanism of action of Danbie capsules in the treatment of endometriosis (EMs). Methods : A rat model of EMS was established and the rats were randomly divided into high - and low- dose Danbie capsule groups, Guizhi Fuling capsule control group, model group, and sham - operation group,with 10 rats in each group. The rats in these groups were treated withhigh - or low- dose Danbie capsule solution, Guizhi Fuling capsule suspension, or 0. 9% sodium chloride injection by garage for 12 days. The changes in serum levels of PGE2and PGF2ot after treatment were observed. Results:After treatment, the high - and low -dose Danbie capsule groups and the Guizhi Fuling capsule control group had significantly lower levels of PGE2 and PGF2α than the model group (P 〈 O. 05 ). The high - dose Danbie capsule group had significantly lower levels of PGE2and PGF2α than the tow -dose Danbie capsule group and the Guizhi Fuling capsule control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion:Danbie capsules can reduce the serum levels of PGE2and PGF2α in EMS rats,which may be one of its mechanisms of action in the treatment of EMs.
