摘要
以通信工程专业为例,通过分析企业对该专业人才的需求规格和该专业人才培养现状,提出校企合作项目化人才培养模式。针对不同合作企业特点和需求,以建立岗位需求库、开发专业核心课程、开展专业实训室建设、建立产学研一体化基地、开展"订单"班等方式,实现人才共育。
Taking communication engineering major for example, through analyzing the demand specifications for professional talents of enterprises and the present situation of talent cultivation, college-enterprise cooperative project talent training mode is put forward. According to the features and requirements of different cooperative enterprises, it realizes the co-training of talents by establishing post demand library, developing professional core courses, conducting professional training room construction, establishing the base of production-teaching-researeh combination, and carrying out the "order" class.
