摘要
目前临床不再将髁突骨折的完全愈合视作治疗追求的终极目标,更加重视髁状突改建效果及对功能的适应性。近几年,国内外学者从不同方面对髁突骨折咬功能进行研究,采取不同的治疗方法,最终的目的就是获得最佳的咬力,达到良好的咀嚼功能。本文对髁突骨折咬功能的研究进展进行综述。
At present, Fracture healing is no longer regarded as the direct target of condylar fracture treatment, and people pay more attention to the effect of condylar remodeling and functional adaptation.According to the requirement of people,in recent years, domestic and foreign scholars take different treatment methods to discuss occlusal function of condylar fractures from different aspects, and the ultimate goal is to get the best bite force and to achieve a good chewing function.occlusal function of condylar fracture were reviewed.
