35%噻虫嗪拌种对棉蚜防效及棉花安全性研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过盆栽试验的方法,研究不同浓度百锐噻虫嗪拌种处理对棉蚜的防效及对棉花生长安全性的影响。结果表明:不同浓度处理在出苗第三天对棉蚜的防效均达95%以上,随时间增长防效降低,且第三十天仍有防效,可见噻虫嗪有较强的速效性和持效性。拌种对棉花出苗有抑制作用。噻虫嗪1∶150在棉花出苗和蚜虫防治方面效果最好,建议配比为1∶150使用。 Cotton seeds dressing with different dilution Bairui (35% thiamethoxam), the cotton aphid control effect and the safety of cotton growth were evaluated. [ method] After the cotton seed dressed, seed germination then accelerated, and placed into the cotton bowl, vaccinated cotton aphids, for 3 d,5 d, 7 d,14 d 21 dand 30 d respectively, record aphids survival and cotton growth in 24 h. [ results] The cotton aphid control effect on the third day after emergence is more than 95%, and then the control effect is reduced over time, there is still control effect at 30 days, the thiamethoxam oxazine has fast effects and long residualand effects. And seed dressing has inhibitory effect on cotton emergence. [ conclusion] Thiamethoxam oxazine to water ratio of 1:150 works best in inhibition cotton seeds emergence and control of cotton aphids, and this suggests that the application ratio is 1: 150.
