摘要
目的探讨乳腺良性肿瘤经乳晕缘小切口治疗的临床效果及患者满意度。方法从我院2015年1月—2016年12月收治的乳腺良性肿瘤患者中选取94例进行研究,并随机分为两组,每组47例,对照组经传统切口治疗,观察组则经乳晕缘小切口治疗,对两组患者临床效果和患者满意度予以评价。结果经比较,观察组的切口愈合时间显著短于对照组,观察组的并发症发生率(4.26%)显著低于对照组(19.15%),观察组的患者满意度(91.49%)显著高于对照组(72.34%),组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经乳晕缘小切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤能缩短切口愈合时间,减少术后并发症,提高患者对治疗效果的满意程度,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and satisfaction of patients with benign breast tumor treated by small incision of areola margin. Methods 94 cases of benign breast tumor in our hospital were selected and studied from January 2015 to December 2016, and were randomly divided into two groups, 47 cases in each group, the control group with conventional incision treatment, the observation group by periareolar incision treatment, the two groups of patients with clini- cal effect and patient satisfaction were evaluated. Results By comparison, the healing time of the observation group was sig- nificantly shorter than the control group, and the complication rate was 4.26%, significantly lower than 19.15% in the con- trol group, and the satisfaction was 91.49%, significantly higher than 72.34% in the control group, and there were signifi- cant difference between the groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of benign breast tumor can improve the wound healing, reduce the postoperative complications and improve the satisfaction of patients, which has a high clinical value.
