摘要
结直肠癌是临床常见的恶性肿瘤,结直肠癌肝转移是影响结直肠癌预后的主要因素。化疗是结直肠癌肝转移患者常用的全身治疗手段,但单纯化疗却很难达到良好的治疗效果。近年来,射频消融应用于结直肠癌肝转移患者的治疗逐渐增多,其在结直肠癌肝转移患者综合治疗中的地位也逐渐提高,探索如何将射频消融与传统化疗相结合已成为研究热点。本文对射频消融联合化疗治疗结直肠癌肝转移的发展进行回顾与思考。
Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor. Colorectal cancer liver metastasis （CRLM） is a main factor influencing the prognosis of colorectal cancer. Chemotherapy is a systemic treatment approach commonly used in patients with CRLM. However, it is difficult to achieve good therapeutic effect if only use chemotherapy. In recent years, the application of radiofrequency ablation （RFA） in treatment of patients with CRLM has been gradually increased and its role in the comprehensive treatment for patients with CRLM is also improved. How to combine RFA with traditional chemotherapy has become a hot topic. This article reviews the development of RFA combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of liver metastasis from colorectal cancer.
