摘要 以煤矿避难硐室防护密闭门在爆炸载荷下的结构动态响应特性为研究对象,基于有限元平台建立防护密闭门抗爆性能分析有限元模型并完成求解及后处理工作,分析其在爆炸载荷作用下产生的应力及变形,作为校验防护密闭门在爆炸载荷作用下的安全性和可靠性的标准,在进入实物样机坑道抗爆试验前,为产品进一步的性能改进提供理论依据和数据参考。 With dynamic response characteristics of airtight blast door for refuge chamber in coal mine under explosive load as the research object, a finite element model for analyzing explosion resisting performances of the airtight blast door is established based on a finite element platform, and calculation and post treatment are accomplished in the paper to analyze the stress and deformation of the door under explosive load. Research results can serve as criteria for checking the safety and reliability of the door under explosive load and provide theoretical basis and data reference for further performance im- provement before anti-explosion test on physical prototype in tunnel.
